To access WOVN features, users require the System Administrator profile, or permission set license. Users also require access to the Order Management console app and to any customizations that you implement. WOVN includes some persona-based profiles that you can use 'as-is' or clone and customize.

This feature allows users to define the full scope of a project and present it clearly to the client. Proposals can include Bill To and Ship To details, ensuring all logistical information is organized. Once completed, the proposal can be emailed directly to the client, with a PDF version automatically generated and attached to the message.
